I am with an affilaite program that offers a free debt analysis that takes about 30 seconds to do. No personal information is needed. It is more like a calculator that tell you what options you may have after putting in debt information. It pays 3.25

It sounds like a scam to me. $3.25 is a heck of a lot to pay for a 'free' analysis (with no personal information required). There has to be a catch (like they are really selling loans).
