I have a preapproval for a FHA mortgage through the bank I work for Wells Fargo. I found a house that I have decided on although the current owner is a real estate agent and lets just say he is less then happy the pre approval is with WF. Anyway while
if you really, really like this house, you can work it out. that is IF you have a realtor or attorney working for you. don't tangle with a seller-broker without professional help.
