whats the best credit card to get to rebuild bad credit?

im a student and i have bed credit for now i hope to pay off my bills with my income tax money. i need to find a way to rebuild my credit. unfortunately i know its not gonna happen over night but, i need to know the best and easily obtained credit cards

New laws are making it impossible for anyone under 21 to get a credit card.
You must have a parent co-sign on a card with you.

If you get a card, make sure you pay in full each month.
