I know that in 2010 people will not be able to get creditcards that are under 21 years of age. Will 18 year olds still be able to get debit cards in 2010?
Debit cards are tied to bank accounts and shouldn't be any problem.
Actually people under 21 will still be able to get credit cards. It won't be as easy as they will be required to prove they have income to pay the bill or have a parent
