Where can I find national mortgage and foreclosure data?

I am looking for information on total mortgages held vs total current foreclosures...what percentage of current foreclosures are investment properties......Etc....Can anyone tell where I can find this information??? Thanks.

The industry association for the mortgage industry is the Mortgage Bankers Association or America (MBA or MBAA). They do all sorts of data and studies on mortgages, foreclosures, etc.
