Looking for a Credit Card Swiper Machine for a business?

Is there a type of Credit Card Swiper that works where once they swipe their credit card it goes right into our business banking account? Electronically, not the manual ones.

My advice would be to contact your credit card merchant account provider. They will have a number of options to choose from.
